How to choose the best sleep-tracking app for you: Best sleep-tracking app for me

When choosing a sleep-tracking app, there are a few factors you should consider:

  • Features:
    • What features are important to you? Do you want an app that tracks your sleep duration, sleep quality, and sleep cycles? Do you want an app with a smart alarm that wakes you up in the optimal moment in your sleep cycle? Do you want an app with snoring detection or sleep-talking recording?
      Accuracy:
  • How accurate is the app?
    • Some apps use sound analysis to track sleep, which is more accurate than motion tracking. However, sound analysis can be sensitive to noise, so it may not be accurate if you sleep in a noisy environment.
      Ease of use:
  • How easy is the app to use?
    • Some apps are more complex to set up than others. If you’re not tech-savvy, you may want to choose an app that is easy to use.
      Price:
  • How much are you willing to spend on a sleep-tracking app?
    • Some apps are free, while others can be quite expensive.
      Compatibility:
  • Is the app compatible with your device?
    • Some apps are only available for iOS, while others are only available for Android.
      I hope this helps!

How To Choose The Best Sleep-Tracking App

There are many factors to consider when choosing the best sleep-tracking app for you. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Features: What features are important to you? Do you want an app that tracks your sleep duration, sleep quality, and sleep cycles? Do you want an app with a smart alarm that wakes you up in the optimal moment in your sleep cycle? Do you want an app with snoring detection or sleep-talking recording?
  • Accuracy: How accurate is the app? Some apps use sound analysis to track sleep, which is more accurate than motion tracking. However, sound analysis can be sensitive to noise, so it may not be accurate if you sleep in a noisy environment.
  • Ease of use: How easy is the app to use? Some apps are more complex to set up than others. If you’re not tech-savvy, you may want to choose an app that is easy to use.
  • Price: How much are you willing to spend on a sleep-tracking app? Some apps are free, while others can be quite expensive.
  • Compatibility: Is the app compatible with your device? Some apps are only available for iOS, while others are only available for Android.

Once you’ve considered these factors, you can start to narrow down your choices. Here are a few of the most popular sleep-tracking apps: once again here is the list for reference

  • Sleep Cycle
  • Sleep as Android
  • Pillow
  • SleepScore
  • Sleep Time

These apps all offer a variety of features and customization options. You can try out a few different apps to see which one you like best.

Here are some additional tips for choosing the best sleep-tracking app:

  • Read reviews from other users. This can give you a good idea of how accurate and easy to use the app is.
  • Try out the free version of the app before you buy the premium version. This will give you a chance to see if the app is right for you.
  • Consider your individual needs and preferences. What features are important to you? How much are you willing to spend?

Sleep as Android MOD APK premium

2.1. Unlock the stand-alone app

You can upgrade the app to the full version by purchasing the stand-alone Sleep as Android Unlock app on Play Store. The Unlock app is just a holder of the license, it is installed on top of Sleep as Android so that all your settings and data stay as they are.

Pros
– Purchase recognition never fails. The Unlock app serves as an anchor for purchase recognition, so as long as you keep the Unlock app installed, you will have the full version.
– Eligible for sharing via Google Family Library.
Cons
– You need to install an additional app and keep it on the phone all the time.

2.2. In-app lifetime Sleep as Android

Full app purchased on Play Store via a link from the app is called “in-app”.

Pros
– You don’t download a separate app
Cons
– You need an internet connection to verify your purchase (but this doesn’t happen too often and there’s a lot of caching involved)
– If you are using multiple Google accounts, make sure the account you used to purchase the app is always the primary account in the Play Store app, otherwise Sleep as Android may start acting as the free version.

2.3. Subscription for Sleep as Android

Subscription is mainly for users, who are not yet decided if they would benefit from the lifetime purchase.
The fee is either monthly or yearly (depending on your choice).
Both subscription types include the SleepCloud PRO version.
A yearly subscription has an additional week of the trial period.

3. FREE SleepCloud

With the free version of SleepCloud, you can do backups only once a week. The online account is available without any limits.

4. FULL SleepCloud

The full version with unlimited backups is paid since we have to pay for the cloud storage to Google (whose servers we are using). The fee is charged yearly.
The full SleepCloud version is already included in the monthly subscription plan.
